\/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Virtual Memorial Service Technician Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide technical support prior to and during virtual, hybrid, and livestream events\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Act as technical support team to ensure smooth execution of the memorial service, including troubleshooting any technical issues that may arise, and providing support during the service<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Attend the technical run-through of the memorial service on the scheduled date (before the service), advise all speakers on their visual and audio setup, and demonstrate how the service will run<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review and test all audio visual before the service and convert files when necessary<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mute\/unmute and spotlight speakers, play media, post in the chat, and other duties as needed during the virtual event<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Provide Zoom technical support via the chat during the service if guests are in need<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help to create media for events including Event Announcements, Memorial Slideshows, and edited recordings of events\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">General administrative assistance including but not limited to sending service agreements, confirming consultations, email support to clients regarding media and technical questions<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Virtual Memorial Service Technician Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expert in video conferencing software, including Zoom<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience with livestream, virtual, and hybrid events with various device types<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong knowledge of audio and video formats with the ability to manage playback issues<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Competent administration skills\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Media
